Our story
PipeDream was founded with one simple idea: give homeowners and businesses in Basingstoke a heating and plumbing company they could actually rely on. No call centres, no subcontractors you've never met — just a local engineer who knows the job inside out.
Over two decades we've grown through word of mouth, working across domestic and light commercial properties throughout Basingstoke and the surrounding Hampshire villages. We still answer the phone ourselves and we still turn up on time.
Whether it's a boiler breakdown at 7am or a full heating system installation, we treat every job — big or small — with the same care and attention.

OFTEC registration covers oil-fired boilers and heating systems. We're qualified to install, service and maintain oil appliances to the highest technical and safety standards.
F-Gas Certified
F-Gas certification is required for anyone handling refrigerants in air conditioning systems. Our engineers are fully certified, ensuring compliant and safe AC installations and repairs.
